My name is Anne Banffy. I am a full time Remedial Massage Therapist and established my practice in 2004 in the St George area of Sydney. In addition, I now have a loyal following of clients across the Eastern Suburbs.

I take pride in being the very best at what I do and truly believe anything's possible. I love my work and find enormous satisfaction in the outcomes that I have been able to provide to hundreds of clients. I strive every day to apply my remedial massage experience to ensure that they make a difference to each client that I treat.

Prior to 2004 I was a professional tennis player, which has been the foundation of my knowledge and understanding of pain, injury and imbalance in the body.

I hold a Certificate IV and Diploma in Remedial Massage and Dry Needling.

My primary aim is to address your present physical problems, by detecting and addressing the underlying causes, using various techniques whether they are acute, chronic or traumatic.

The majority of painful sites are the secondary weak areas and my job is to find the primary muscles causing this imbalance and releasing them.

Some of the techniques I use are trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, myofascial release, active tissue release and dry needling.

I also specialise in post-operative rehabilitation by specifically targeting and releasing scar tissue that occurs after surgery and increase the range of movement.

I am registered with all major health funds. You may be entitled to a rebate depending on your level of cover.
